One particular technique which helped me get rid of my eyeglasses.

There are set of five exercises. So the first exercise is basically looking up and then looking down. इसके बाद छोटा सा break लेकर same thing but sideways this time. So right left. This is the second exercise.

So top right bottom left.

Top left bottom right. The fourth one is we will make circles with our eyes.

Five sets of circles clockwise and five anti-clockwise.

Slowly you will move your eyeball in one direction and then you will repeat it five times and then you will close your eyes.

Take a break for just two seconds and then repeat it in the other direction like this. And the fifth exercise is something called eye push ups.

You basically take your thumb, you place it in front of you and you focus your eyes on the tip of the nail and you take it slowly away from you when your hand is fully stretched out.
